Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2023/2673 and Article L.221-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
You can withdraw directly and without logging in by clicking on the "Withdraw from the contract here" button available on this page. A time-stamped acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your request. The costs of returning the product remain your responsibility, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, goods unsealed by the consumer, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
